How It Works

Once your order is confirmed and production is complete, our team packages, labels, and dispatches every unit directly from our London facility. You don't need to manage any freight or customs documentation. We take care of it.

For large orders, we can ship direct to a single address, split across multiple destinations, or deliver to your own warehouse or 3PL. Just tell us your preference at the time of order.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard destinations include:

• European Union
• United States & Canada
• Australia & New Zealand
• Middle East & Gulf region
• Southeast Asia

For destinations not listed above, contact us and we will confirm availability and provide a freight quotation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, destination, and the service level required. We will include a full delivery quotation in your project proposal.

For large B2B orders, shipping is often included within the overall project cost. Your account manager will confirm this at the quoting stage.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost we quote.

We provide all necessary export documentation and can advise on HS codes and country-of-origin declarations to help make the import process straightforward.

Packaging

Every order is packed carefully to protect your products in transit. For branded gifting orders, we can incorporate custom packaging, tissue paper, ribbon, and gift notes as part of the project. Ask us about presentation options when you send your brief.
